Estero is nice but they are not going to get anything decent for $150,000 unless they want a condo. That would work.

Right now, they could get something in Golden Gate Estates for $150,000, or even under.

HI Mitchell.glass,
I grew up in Broadalbin, NY (about 45 minutes from Albany). I've lived in SWFL for the last 15 years. It's the best move I've ever made. There are many great deals here, but to give you good advice I'd need more info. What do you like? Beach, Golf, quiet, night life, boating, nature???? hi im looking some information about realtors in florida specialy in cap coral because i want to buy a house but ther are so much realtors that promised to look something for me and theres nothing up to now , im tired to wait if someone could help me to find a good realtor or maybe a good house to buy not expensive thanks all , mi contact email is roxanitafer1@hotmail.com
