Golden gate estate OR waterfront?
I wish to move and live in or around Cape coral Port Charlotte, Nalples AND surrounding area and buy residence -- SFR.
Some one suggested me Glden gate estate(GGE).Is that can be good choice? Also some one suggested to buy water front porperty.
Which could be good choice as per your openion?
Is it possible to commute to Naples or Cape carol every day fromGolden gate?Is golden gate safe, propspperous, developing and dyanmic?Is shoppin and entertainment near GGE?
If opt for water front /canal property, which should consider, fresh water or gulf access?
I am with my wife but no kids mid age/ 40 years old and from NJ.
My budget for buying property is flexible.
Interest are nature/adventure/arts/culture.
