We've been happy With Ellsworth in N. Ft. Myers. You can sign up for twice yearly checks for a lower price (I think it's around $90 - I'll look it up for you), usually first time customers get a break. They send you a postcard when it's time. I just scheduled our summer visit this morning, as a matter of fact.
