Default Hickey Creek Navigatable?(Alva)

I saw a house for sale on Hickey Creek. Could a low draft, 22' boat make it "in and out" to the river? What else can you tell us about Hicky Creek?
How deep is the creek?

I lived in Olga on the west side of the locks yrs ago, but never ventured up Hickey Creek. I remember aligator stories from 'old timers".
Lokk forward to your reply.
