Experience with EZZ Financial? (Cape Coral, Fort Myers: mortgage, refinancing, lender)

This is my first post, so please be gentle

Anyone have any experience, good or bad, with EZZ Financial? They appear to be a mortgage lender local to Fort Myers/Cape Coral.

We bought a foreclure in the Cape in September '08 (and we're loving it!). Given what's going on with rates, we're considering refinancing. This company keeps popping up on my radar with some potentially really good rates, but I can't seem to learn much about them (other than their own fanfare). So, does anyone here know anything about this company?

I refinanced back in November of 08' when rates really dropped. I didn't seem to have any problems. I dealt with Shane over there.

Great Company! I have worked with almost all their brokers as an appraiser.

Those posts were from mid-April. We've moved on since then. Thanks anyway
