Is Kensington St/Quesada Ave - Haverhill Area in Port Charlotte? Any good?
Oops, I think I posted this question in the wrong area the first time.
Is anyone familiar with this area of Port Charlotte? There are a few houses we are considering in this area and trying to determine if it's a good neighborhood. It looks nice and adverage on google maps from what I can see.
It is East of 41 and West of I-75, so hoping that is out of the flood zone as far as insurance goes.
Is there anything you all can tell me as far as this part of Port Charlotte. Looking for things like the neighborhood feel overall, ie; crime, friendliness of people, things to do, how far from shopping, how far of a drive to the gulf, etc.,
