Default Looking for a gated community in Naples
We are considering buying a house in the Vineyards. We are looking in the 350,000 to 400,000 range. We liked that the houses are not all the same. We want a gated community. We want a single family house without being able to touch my next door neighbor from my bathroom window. Any suggestions?

check out www.naplesflmls.com -sorts listings by neighborhood. There are plenty of gated golf communities in the area, so don't limit yourself to Vineyards. It is nice, but there are many others that will get you more for less $.

$350 sounds cheap to live in gated community, no?

You have a ton of choices in Naples with that budget.

The Vineyards is very nice. All the single family homes are on the east side. The condos are on the west side.

Prices have come way down now. You can buy into a gated community in Naples for UNDER $300,000 now. Single family, not just a condo.
