Default Iona Lakes Apts.

Located in So. Ft Myers.

Can anyone advise about the area? They're on Iona Lakes Dr.

Look like really nice apts. for 55 and older.

Iona is a nice area. It seems to be safe and close to shopping, Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach.
I would feel comfortable living in the area.

Hey thanks much for the response. Appreciate it. I want to rent for a full year before I make a decision to buy. Need time to find right neighborhood to buy in, and or may just decide to go back to my original home state period.
I think a full year will give me a real sense of where I want to be, especially since I will not be dependent on employment but still young enough to enjoy myself.

It's a great place to live. Rent is cheap and the people living there seem to be good people (no signs of drug dealers, loud stereo systems, etc.).

It's not an over 55 community, even though elderly some people do live there.

They have nice shorter leases too, such as 7 months.

PM me for more details if you'd like. : )
