fishing near matlacha or pine island
I normally fish the lakes up here in NH and am heading down to cape coral next week and instead of taking my gear down on a plane and have to rig up stronger lines and buy bigger hooks and everything is there some place that I could rent gear?? or can anyone recommend a charter service that could take me and my son out that supplies everything. also if I was to fish from my own land,from the matlacha bridge or from a chartered boat do I need to get some type of fishing license and if so where do they issue them? lastly is there some web site that lists what type of fish are down there, which ones are edible, which to avoid , and size and catch limits. thank you all in advance.
