Alva has alot of land on the river but is inland. It has a manmade beach at the locks. I think it will be the next naples. Down town alva will have store front condo's and ... Oh wait thats the dream of Cape Coral. Alva is still very much country,

One road town. We pass through on the way to Palm Beach County taking SR80. Lots of environmental print signs in Spanish. The draw is the location on the Caloosahatchee. I would say continue looking!
