yes to cell phones. atleast my reception was pretty decent. not sure about a radio station

You can get music from the mainland while on Sanibel, I have Cingular and my reception was fine on Sanibel...
That place is a little slice of heaven...enjoy.

sanibel island should get reception from most of the southwest florida stations, majority of which are in fort myers
