Hi! Thanks for reading--
My family and I are trying to relocate to wells county.. we're having trouble in lieu of rentals that are pet friendly.. we have a yellow lab! It's quite frustrating trying to find a rental all the way from NJ! We've been considering moving to Allen county.. Preferably Southern (just until we get in a position to purchase in Wells) so, we can still be close to Bluffton, Ossian areas. Any suggestions for the best areas in south ft.wayne? I heard SW is the better area. We have 2 young children... would like to be in a safe, family friendly area! Any info on demographics? We're from the country and pretty conservative so, i'm hoping it's not TOO overpopulated and liberal! Also, if you had any leads on rentals that would be SO appreciated!
Thanks in advanced for any info you can give!

Well, I can't speak much about rentals in Wells county, but would think there would not be a lot. The county is a low populated one. SW Allen schools on the SW side of Ft. Wayne are very good. This area has a suburban feel, not a city nor country feel. There would be more rentals than Wells County.

Too overpopulated and liberal, lol. Trust me, that's not going to be a problem anywhere in the Fort Wayne area.
