Official Site of the Fort Wayne Tincaps

2nd game I've been to since I've moved here.

Anyone else have a chance to catch any games at the new ballpark?

I have been once. My dad, my uncle in New Haven, his kids, and myself and siblings annually visit FTW to see the Wizards, now the Tin Caps. I was impressed with the new park. I love the area in right field, I forget what they called it. I hope to make it back up there for another game, though that seems unlikely.

They had no one where to go but up compared to their former home.

Yes, I've been to two games. The ballpark is indeed nice... And if you're gonna go I definitely recommend the left field seats.

But, still...it's baseball (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)

And surprisingly, not a very family friendly atmosphere (I've heard less f-words at metal concerts).

Saw a game with my family - my two children didn't pay attention to the game (as expected since they're preschoolers) but loved the grassy area we set up at, enjoyed going to the bounce house area, and also played in the water park. Overall the experience was awesome and I'd highly recommend going to a game for families (the park is beautiful and very family-oriented). The TinCaps also won when I was there :-)

fyi - I didn't hear any f-bombs in our vicinity
