I am wondering if anyone is familiar with any kind of club or organizations or where to find such a thing for people who relocate to the DFW area from big cities across the country (i.e. LA, Chicago, New York, etc.) Wasn't sure if there was such a support group out there or not? Thanks for any help you can give me. |

Yep...there are newcomer's groups in the area. I am pretty sure you can google them in the particular area that you are moving into. I would also check into the local chamber of commerce. All the little cities around have their own chambers.
My Mom is real active in one that is in the area but it isn't in the city, so it is kind of a commute for her. She loves it though. You also will find most everyone here is very active within their own churches as well. |
