Yeah, they are definitely outskirty. About 10 turns or more from the highway. FM this, CR that , , , , I do not think I could not find if I were looking after sundown.

But they like the horsey thing. They ride them to church.

If you are looking for rural property I have some available in your price range. It is a 45 minute commute to downtown fort worth. Property is located south of DFW in northern Hill county Itasca school district. 5 miles to I-35 paved frontage New construction.

Default about springtown,tx

Springtown is close to everything. You can get a 3 acre lot with a 1500 sq ft house for $150k.. out at Cooperstown about 2 miles south of Springtown. Nice view too! We almost went that route but didn't want to wait 4 months for them to build it but they might have some ready to sell by now. There is also a new house on Sandlin for $158k, 4 bedroom and about 1650 sq feet. Anyway, I think you should be able to find something good..

I sure wish all I needed was 1500 sq ft. I'd buy out there in a second. My problem is I need about 2200+ for all my critters.....and my better half has other "requirements"....damn high maintenance woman. LOL
