I have never heard of Oliver's before. I think this is a great idea, it is about time that downtown got some kind of grocery...however it seems like a version of Central Market but more for deli/prepared foods. I checked out the website and the prices look fairly reasonable.

I wonder how come a more budget friendly grocery hasn't built in downtown...easier said than done I am sure.

I'm glad they're actually trying to make Downtown more of a mix neighborhood instead of just making it all about Sundance Square.

Hopefuly with the new leadership coming in, it will come.

I don't envision many people walking their grocery cart home through the streets though with weekly shopping in it--
if they don't live close (and some do) they are still going to be driving out to 7th st to the Target there or to the Tom Thumb across the river for staples like paper towels and big bags of kitty litter
