As far as tickets go this is just like going to the movies or something like that. You just show up and they'll sell you a ticket. No need to get them in advance.

Dirt oval racing is where you have cars that race in a circle on dirt. It's fun. I'll bet they don't do this sort of thing in Europe.

Drag racing is where two cars line up side by side on pavement (concrete or asphalt) and race to the end of the track. Whoever gets to the end first wins. It's easy to watch and understand. Depending on what class of cars are racing it is pretty entertaining.

That is the correct address.

I'd get there as late as possible so it will not be so hot outside. But I don't know how crowded it gets there. So to be safe you may want to get there an hour early (6pm). I've actually not ever been to this track. I really don't know what goes on there. I know they only race on Saturday nights. I don't know for sure if they have fireworks. Sometimes they do things like that at local races. But that may be an independence day thing only.

The cool thing about the location of those tracks is that they are very very close together. You could really watch dirt track racing and if you got tired of that you could skip over to the Drag strip and watch drag racing.

If you look at the satellite view there are two dirt ovals and the drag strip within shouting distance of each other.
