I am moving to Fort Worth soon for my first job. My jobsite where I'll spend most of my time will be in south Fort Worth, and the office where I will spend less time is near the Addison airport. I'm trying to find a place that would be most convenient through rush hour traffic. How long would it take to drive from North Richland Hills to south Fort Worth? Or would it be a better idea to live somewhere in Arlington?

NRHills along the Hwy 26 corridor takes about 20 min into downtown FTW and longer to go south--
I would use 121 into downtown and then I 35 S vs the 820 Loop--
there is always backlog of traffic waiting to get on to the Loop when I go into downtown in AM and coming back is worse

getting to Addison airport from NRHills is more problamatic--construction on 114/121 in Grapevine just making it worse--
you might consider taking 183 E to the Bush Turnpike and going north from there

know someone who lves in Colleyville off Glade and 26 and works in Addison--he has about a 25-30 min commute but has ways to get to 121 initially

If you are looking for apt you might consider Bedford--close to either 183 or 121--
