I am trying to find someone in Keller who can do minor(?) alterations to a dress. Side seams need to be taken in and I don't want to mess it up trying to do it myself. I prefer an individual over a cleaners as I have had marginal results at a local shop. Any suggestions or referrals would be greatly appreciated!

Sarah's Tailor shop on Dove Road at NWest Hwy in Grapevine does awesome work. I have used her for years! Be advised that her shop may be a little slower right now due to the large volume of prom dresses that she does every year!

there seem to be plenty of tailor shops in the MidCities area--not cleaners--

have you just checked on Google maps for something
that should not take any time at all to do
you might even call the closest JoAnne's fabric store and see if they have recommendations orplace where people post cards

I used this lady's service. She was prompt, dependable, and reasonable price.

Default Alterations in Keller

I've used many places around and have a lady who does alterations. In Keller there is actually a place called Need a seamstress in Keller-hlcustomcleaners_logo.jpg Hidden Lakes Custom Dry Cleaners & Alterations and they did a great job on a number of alterations I needed done. I know most dry cleaners are not experts at alteration and sometimes not the best when it comes to quality or reliability. HLCleaners.com does superb quality work and can usually turn around pretty quick. these guys are also great for dry clean and laundry btw.

I do alterations myself sometimes and am pretty crafty so small things I can take care of but when it comes to larger jobs I use these guys. I have also tried Q-Tailor and she is good as well but may be out of the way.
