Default Roanoke and Trophy Club HOAs

What subdivisions in Roanoke and Trophy Club have HOAs? Which are strict and which are more lenient?

90%+ of HOAs created in past 15 yrs probably have been mandatory
look at any MLS listing for house for sale in neighborhood and it will say if HOA is mandatory

as to lenient or not--that depends on if you want to break the rules---

All of the new neighborhoods in both Roanoke and Trophy Club have HOAs. There is no HOA that covers all of Trophy Club. The pool in Trophy Club is for all residents. The tennis courts are part of the country club and are private. The older neighborhoods in both cities generally do not have HOAS. Both cities are likely to enforce code violations.

We also have tennis courts and ball fields by the community pool. These are not part of the country club.
