Texas Accountability Rating System

Some DFW highlights.

* Carroll ISD one of only two large districts in State to receive highest rating. All campuses including high schools receive "exemplary" rating.
(Highland Park ISD in Dallas County being the other.)

*Westlake Acadamy Charter receives "recognized." not "exemplary".

* Coppell ISD receives recognized. Grapevine-Colleyville only "acceptable", including 2 of 4 middle schools.

Of course demographics plays a large part here. Great teachers in all school districts...yada yada yada.
