Boca Club Condominiums... (Fort Worth, West: apartment complexes, crime rates, townhomes)

Does anyone know anything about the Boca Club Condominiums and what the surrounding area is like?

Not familiar with the name, but if they are off Boca Raton Rd, I wouldn't live there. I've driven down there once and although the area itself doesn't look bad, stats say the opposite. I work for the City of FW and we have a crime map on our server and the apartment cluster off Boca Raton Rd has the densest area of crime in the city. Like I said, not sure exactly where the Boca Club Condos are, but if they're in the area I'm describing, you should probably look elsewhere.

Ditto Tango, if it's off Boca Raton in Woodhaven, I would avoid.

I have to disagree, and I live in the single family residential portion of Woodhaven. The single family residential portion of Woodhaven has one of the LOWEST crime rates of any neighborhood in Fort Worth, and two of the worst offending apartment complexes have been bought by the city and are slated to be demolished. As for Boca Club, it's gated, has an excellent staff, and has many homeowner/occupants that have lived there for 5, 10, & even 25 years. Ask most of its residents, and they'll tell you that for the price, they really like it there. Now, further East on Boca Raton---some of those apartment complexes? NO WAY, but Boca Club is good, Fairway-whatever-it-is-called townhomes across the street from it is good, and Woodhaven single family residential neighborhood is one of the best kept secrets in FTW. Take it from someone who lives in Woodhaven--not someone who's "heard"....

Those condo's listed there look awesome for the price. I've wondered about the neighborhood myself. Looks to good to believe. Wish I had the cash.
