HA!!!! Omg, that would explain everything! I used to work adjacent to the HOTTEST spot on that dang map! No wonder. I worked in a certain little business park, which was not a bad place to work, all things considered. A man shot his girlfriend near the post office and she tried to get help next door. Left blood all over the parking lot. I don't know if she survived but when the Fed Ex man delivered a package to my office he told me to lock the door cuz the guy was still at large. Another time there was a body bag in the grass just outside the park. Apparently some drug deal gone wrong or something. The family put a little cross, picture and small tree in the location. Still there as far as I know. I loved working there though, it had maybe 3 little places to eat, a post office and a bunch of small businesses. There was even a guy who had a bbq pit in an unoccupied parking lot for awhile. I probably wouldn't have went to work there if I'd seen the map before hand but not knowing that, I'm glad I did. I love Fort Worth and downtown.

Thanks for posting this beowulf, I couldn't see the original either.

^ Sorry to hear you worked so close to the most dangerous place in FW! Hey, you survived it. You're welcome for the reposting of that pic.
