I want to move into an apartment soon and I like this apartmet but I was wondering if its worth it..So, anyway,,

MY rent is $ 538 a month for a 583 sq footage;Will that be worth it? I just need another perspective. Thanks.

you need another perspective
how can anyone provide that with rent/sq ft as the sole basis--
do you buy a dress because the sticker says size 6 and $100?

price is not the only reason someone rents an apt--
location is a prime factor
the quality of the complex/safety factor/type of environment
the interior look, quality of fixtures

personally under 600 a mo for an apt is pretty inexpensive so I would be concerned that it might not be in that safe an area or might be taking Section 8 renters...
