Garage Apts, Roommates? Move-in Specials - READY ASAP
My husband and I are looking for an apartment or duplex that is approx. 700 sq feet as we have a lot of bookshelves etc....we love the layout of our current apartment however our lease is up in days and we just found out they are going up on our rent by $200.00 and there is no way we can afford it, I am a student who is taking time off about to have a minor surgery and he is a substitute teacher about to be certified to be a regular teacher....we need something asap, we have even considered finding someone to sublet or room with us as we are pretty neat and are very social...any ideas or help you can give would be great! We prefer the west side of fortworth or the south west side or even the downtown area, but at t his point may have to go anywhere, even a temp month to month situation would be ok....
