Default From Colorado to Cleburne

My husband got a new job in Cleuburne. He has been staying with friends until the kids and I move down in January. I am going to fly down next week for a few days to check out the different areas around his job. We would like to stay within 30 miles of Cleburne. We prefer smaller towns with lower crime. We have 3 kids, so a good isd is very important as well as sports and other recreational activities. We also enjoy walking around town, so an active town would be great. Are there any towns on the Brazos River? We are planning on driving around to look at all the towns near there, but since I will only be there for a week, it would be nice to have an itinerary of places to see. Thanks so much for any suggestions are where to start looking!

Its been a while since I have been down to cleburne.

Seems like one of those towns that is growing but yet still one of those towns where everyone knows everyone else.
Most homes have plenty of property around them so you should have
enough elbow room to feel comfortable. You may end up enjoying clebrurne for
your next home rather than driving a two lane road 15 miles to the next town.
You may want to do a search on this forum for cleburne. There has been several
reports of where to live and school items listed before.
