i am a former Ft Worth area girl.....yes i certainly heard of Keene...it is in Johnson County, and i believe it is home to a Seventh Day Adventist college, and the town is probably mostly SDA.

The white race in Keene is only 59% with the Hispanic population significantly above the state average. Keene has low crime and SOUTHWESTERN ADVENTIST UNIVERSITY is there with an enrollment of about 978. The population of the town is over 5,000.

i used to live in Keene. I attended SWAU for the past 5 years. Keene is actually a nice small town. Its far enough from the city if you enjoy the country life, but not to far if you wanna spend sometime in Ft. Worth or Arlington. Very friendly place.
