Default The Light Catcher Winery and Bistro - well kept secret?

My husband and are going there for an early dinner tonight. I'll post a review later. In the meantime, have any of you gone? What's your opinion on the service, atmosphere, food taste, food selection, etc.?

I've been there a couple of times. It's a pleasant place...food, wine and music were all good. It's just VERY out-of-the-way. And most of the ambience is sitting outside. I wouldn't want to do that in these temperatures!

the owners are great people and they make some very good wines

if it says Newsom Vineyards on the label you can't go wrong there and many of their others are very good wines as well

they make them right there on site using a large % of Texas grown grapes and they have had some very good chefs over the years as well for their meals when they have events
