Default Best area for kids/schools near dfw?

My husband and I are moving to the dfw area in the next year. My job will be just SW of DFW, technically in Euless I believe. Our top priority is quality schools. I have a sister that lives in N. Ft. worth, so somewhat of a proximity to her and to work would be good. Beyond that, we would prefer to stay under $400K and would like a 3+ car garage, 4 bed or 3+ study, and close proximity to running/biking trails as lower priorities. Where would you recommend looking?

Grapevine and Colleyville both have excellent schools and are in your budget. The north part of Euless itself (north of Mid Cities Blvd) is also GCISD schools. Grapevine has more parks than Colleyville, and also has an extensive network of trails. The nicest parts of Grapevine are the southwest part (south of Timberline) near Parr Park, and the sliver that is east of 121.

Be advised that school district boundaries do not follow city limits here, so ALWAYS check the schools for each house.

Good luck!

^ second that.
Love the area of Grapevine around Parr Park, trees etc... they are older homes so know that going in. But it is beautiful.
The section of Euless that goes to GVCV schools is in a great location for your commute.
