Default Are there any people here that deal in Real Estate

I'm trying to find out when a builders permit for a home was applied for. I've been told by a certain "Home Builder" that it has been applied for or is in-work. Is there any website that I can go to that can list permits that were applied for in that area. I mean this is the day and age where you can Google just about anything, so I'm sure I can find it somewhere I'm just not sure where. Also, how long does a permit take to come back? I can go off-line and give more info on things if need be . I'm just trying to keep up to speed on the process and what is going on, cause in this day and age you cannot trust most builders in my opinion so you have to keep on top of things. This is in Fort Worth, Tarrant County.

Thanks

I'd call Ft Worth Planning and Development and just ask.

Yes there is an online source through the Fort Worth Planning and Development WEB page Residential Permit | City of Fort Worth, Texas . Select "Online Permitting" in the menu to the left. Anyone can view a permit and they provide a search there for them.
