Right now my kids are in their first year at north hi mount. Its been ok but I haven't been super impressed. Plus I would really like the nationalities to be a bit more equal all the way around. We are looking at como Montessori and love the Montessori concept but the como area is not very good. So the school seems great, area not so much. Anyone have any experience at that school? I'm still debating on keeping them at NHM if I can get my oldest into the applied learning center come sixth grade. Any input? Thanks!

Como is a terrible area and I wouldn't want my kid (if I had one) around it. I also wouldn't want my family driving around there if not needed. I'm sure there are schools in better areas..

True the area is not that great but the school is only a block or two off Westridge. Easy in and out. Don't let the neighborhood sway you. If you had to drive on Horne to get to the school, that would be a different story.....
