section8 question: rent townhomes and buying a home!
if any one here live or know about in a house under sention8 texas/DFW i want to know few things:
the rules that i know: you have to live in a rental home or apartment for 1year before buying a home. is that true? i just started on section8, i live in a apartment under section8 and my apartment requires new lease sign every year. so how is it gonna work, can i get a home before that or do apartment will accept some sort of notice.
second: after you buy a house under section8, can you still move, or sell i guess. if i need to move to another state, city or just another house, what are the rules.
