Any info at all on Indian Harbor Subdivision near Granbury Tx. I need any info soon before it's to late for me to buy the property. Thanks again, Pastor GF

I live in Granbury on the lake. Indian Harbor is an older community here and not in the most desirable area. In your other post you said something to the fact that you are not looking at upscale or something like that. Well, you got that right with Indian Harbor.
There is crime and a lot of drug use in that area (meth). I personally would not buy over there myself. I'm sure the price is probably cheap for lakefront but there is a reason. I'm sure there are good people living there but the percentage is higher for crime.

Have you been to Granbury? I think you really need to come and see it for yourself. There are beautiful communities here. We have the lake, the Square and country living. But like I said there are good areas and not so good areas.

Granbury is GREAT!! Indian Harbor however, not so much! We've lived here 8 years and if we had it to do over we would have NEVER built inside this mess. We can hardly wait until we get the chance to get out of Indian Harbor...it's a JOKE!
