Looking for a good real estate agent to work with in Keller/North east Ft. Worth (Fort Worth: for sale)

Hi everyone we are going to be selling our house very soon. We are looking for a real good Realtor in the Keller/Roanoke area. Normally we would ask someone but we have lived here for less than 8 months and don't know anyone who has used a Realtor in this area.(We don't like our neighborhood) Anyone who has some recommendations would help a lot. Our house is in zip code 76262 off 170 and Alta Vista. We want to move where there is a strict HOA.

good luck--you are going to need it -- will probably not come out even on selling this house since IF you are in Lost Creek there are still homes under construction so you are going against the builder's bottom line which is probably dropping as we speak...
you are going to need a magician--not just a good real estate agent--and I am not being flip--my daughter lives S of Sarasota Fl in 1/1 condo they want to resell now that they realize it is not a very liveable home for a couple who wants children or a dog...
there are over 400 condos for sale in her area--even a GREAT real estate agent is not going to help them that much...

We worked with Better Homes Real Estate. They were very good for us. Our realtor was Denise Kennedy but her husband Patrick seemed he would be very good as well. Their website is Better Homes Real Estate in Fort Worth, Keller, Southlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Park Glen & Surrounding Areas and they are located in downtown Keller. Good luck.
