Does anyone know the current homeowners insurance rates on a home in the Wedgwood area in Fort Worth?

Homeowner's insurance rates are not fixed. They are quoted according to house size and value, type of coverage, if you're a smoker or not, proximity to a fire hydrant or fire station, age of the house, and your credit score (a lot of companies are doing this last thing now.) and they look at the CLUE report.

I recommend that you call the insurance company that insures your car, they usually give you a discount if you use them for another coverage.
