Default Air Force Recruiting

My husband may be taking a position as an Air Force recruiter, and Fort Worth is one of our choices. We love that we could afford a house in the area (Max $150,000), but don't know much else about the city, etc. I am not sure where his office would be, but the two with an address in Ft Worth are in the Benbrook and Edgecliff Village areas. Any suggestions on good neighborhoods/schools with homes in our price range, and probably somewhat near these offices so it doesn't take him a long time to commute. Thank you all in advance!

check out Wiki's page on edgecliff village
Edgecliff Village, Texas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
and Benbrook's
Benbrook, Texas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Google Maps for Benbrook and look at the names of the towns around
Edgecliff is fairly close to Burleson--Forest Hill and Everman I would not recommend--Burleson is growing and has good school district--
Some people have been saying that Crowley schools and neighborhoods are declining
Benbrook and the area s on 377 to Granbury is probably better than Crowley

S part of Aledo is also around the sw side of 377
run search for Aledo, Burleson, Mansfield, Kennedale, Arlington--(some parts are definitely better than others for schools)
You could even live on the NW side and him drive S on the Loop--
NE--MidCities of Hurst, Bedford, North Richland Hills have some nice areas in that price range and the drive to Edgecliff would not be too bad--Benbrook would be pretty far...
