we are looking to relocate from seattle to fort worth, sight unseen! we feel like it has more of a soul than dallas...is that the case? what is it like? where are the "hip" areas of town, etc..

^ The hip areas of FW are around the cultural district and downtown (Sundance Square area). Good luck if you move here.

Thanks! MSAF was fun - similar to last year. The weather was great. I'll have to post some pics here when I get around to it. Of course, I couldn't afford any of the artwork, but it was still cool to check it out. I listened to a couple concerts as well, but the music wasn't my style. The food and drinks are really expensive - like stadium prices.  For e.g., a funnel cake cost me 10 tickets ($7). But it's still worth it.
