We did get in for $3 with a Dr. Pepper can. It was crowded but it wasn't noticeable till we were looking for a table in the food pavilion and later walking in the midway.

You saved $11 w/ that soda can. I'm surprised it was still that crowded. Last Fri. wasn't that bad and that was in the evening, when I expected many people to get a head start for the weekend and head to the fair.

The city has decided on a route in the future streetcar system in the Magnolia/Hospital District area.
