San Diego probably thinks they belong in that AFC category. The Las Vegas odds released for SB 43 also claims that (same odds of SD winning SB 43 as Indianapolis). And about the colleges ... I'm pulling for my alma mater to crack that BCS list (Rutgers).

We're in for some big rains this weekend, possibly 3 inches on Saturday. Hope you folks are ready. Also, colder temps, too.

The people are the best thing about Fort Worth. Now you will get some of those you'll wish you've never met, but overall, the city has a friendly vibe. Fort Worth is alot bigger than it feels and the only thing you have to know when it comes to the highway system is the I-820 loop around the city and "the cross", which is I-35W and I-30. We have one of the most simple highway systems in the country. And as you might know, Ft. Worth has a western feel to it. But it's not all cowboys and horses here.
And thanks for the weather warning case. I'm heading up there this weekend.

Yes, you're right. I just checked weather.gov. I'll post more in the "severe weather" thread in this sub-forum.

Yeah, I have to play bass Friday and Saturday night. I'm sure I'll enjoy hauling my equipment around and loading/unloading in the cold rain.
JJG, I live 3 miles south of downtown FtW, so technically I live in south Tarrant County, but barely.

It counts.
By the way, it did rain, but my weekend back home wasn't too terrible.
Hey, 19 year old guy riding with two of my fellow (female) schoolmates... no complaints here.
