Found a house we like in Saddlebrook Estates. Anyone know anything about it/live there?

There may be retail shopes and apts built backing up to the plan.

This is the neighborhood that is north of 1709 right?

It's in a good location, but just check to make sure you aren't buying a house that will have a gas station in your backyard in 2 years.
