Question Please Help

Since noone responded to this in my other thread, I am reposting it here. PLEASE HELP!

I am happy to say after much waiting and searching we have finalized our plans to move to Fort Worth. We will be relocating in Feb/March. I REALLY need some help in finding an apartment.
What I am looking for:

2 bedroom. under $700. if any utilities are included that would be awesome. 900 sq. feet or more again, awesome.
Mainly I would like to stay as close to the downtown area as possible. Of course in the relatively safer part of it.
Anything that keeps us close to the museums, art, culture, library etc. etc. etc. I don't have a thing for nightlife so that is not important.

I found some apts. online and would appreciate any feedback on any of them:

Wind Rush on 3500 Renzel Blvd.

Hidden Valley on 807 The Heights Dr.

Fountain Corner on 5160 Hilding Dr.?

The Homes of Parker Commons on 1015 S. Jennings Ave.

Casa Villa Luxury Apts. 6100 Oakland Hills Dr.

Palm House on 3501 Renzel Blvd.

Gateways at Centreport on 14300 Statler Blvd.?

Thank you

I assume you checked out Apartments.com - Free Nationwide Apartment Search with the Most Visual Rental Listings Online..

I know many people who live off in an apt. off Bryant-Irvin Rd., south of I-30. That would be about 6-8 mi. from downtown FW and is a pretty good area. The older apts. there are relatively cheap (should make your $700/mo. budget).

The Homes of Parker Commons are a really cool apartment development. It is close to downtown. Plus, the near southside is starting to revitalize pretty rapidly. It is turning into a very hip area. I am not familiar with the other apartments that you listed but doubt that it would be as cool as living in a renovated historic school in an up and coming area.

Welcome to Fort Worth!

I just found a Polytechnic -- is that the same as Poly?

Can anyone give me more details about this location. My husband will be working in this area. Any apt. info for this area with my criteria will be great too!

Thanks~!

Generally speaking, Poly is on the east side of Ft. Worth, toward Arlington. It is one of the oldest parts of town and not known for being a very nice place to live. Good luck.
