Nope, that's not the place; I visited the Hometown NRH website.

Nice homes!

I think (from looking at the website) there are some apartments but there are houses also...they show 3 builders and show you the virtual tours too. We are going in a couple of weeks but it does look like there are single family homes in the area too.

yes they have SFH in hometown. The houses are quite close together and as L2R said they have small backyards. My sisters frined lived there and they love it. Lots of Young families with small children.

I looks just like our old nieghborhood in VA. Front porches and houses with siding. (This would be my concern in this area...high winds and frequent winds can really mess up siding.) With our house (with siding) we noticed it was EXTREMELY loud when the wind blew, the siding would rattle.

but, it is a safe neighborhood, with frinedly people and good schools.

just check out a realtor site. The prices seem high to me for the area. (and size of house)
3 bedrooms are around 230+ for under 2000sqft. 250+ for over 200sqft.
4 bedrooms are around 275+ for under 3000sqft.
small lots and most have 2 car garages. (I did see one 3 car for 285K)

HOA dues are $225 quarterly and there is no pool in the development. but it has parks and bike trails. (kinds high if no pool...club house etc...)
now... from reading the website I get a sense that NRH20 might be included in hte HOA fees and hometown residents use it like a community pool.

The community of NRH town center is nearby and they are zoned the same schools are hometown but prices seem better.
