Default Where to live in Fort Worth.

We are considering the Fort Worth area... The dh would commute to downtown Fort Worth for work, and possibly the airport for the occasional out of town trip. Hoping to keep the commute below 30 minutes. We would be looking for something with 3/4 bedrooms, around 2500sqft. or more. We would like to keep the price below $275. I would love to find a place with a guest house or a carriage house (if possible) Anyone have any suggestions on where I should look?

I think the OP meant $275k.

Look in the mid-cities area, like Hurst, Bedford, North Richland Hills. There are homes with the occasional "mother-in-law" house out there, but you have to look pretty hard to find them!

The best area in Fort Worth is the Cultural District , it is only 10 minutes from downtown and is very safe and has many restuarants, musuems, and stores.
