Please share your thoughts on Canyon Falls, which is in Flower Mound/Northlake. The neighborhood is fairly new and is growing quickly. Argyle Middle school is being built in the neighborhood. The Flower Mound side feeds into Argyle ISD with the Northlake side feeding into Northwest ISD.

We are long time Keller residents and are considering a move. We accidentally found this area and would love to hear your thoughts with regard to how well you think this area will hold up, what does growth look like in that area regarding retail, more neighborhoods, etc. What do you think of the price points vs how this area will increase in value over the next 5-10 years.

That's what I'm trying to figure out too I think both Canyon Falls and Harvest are too overpriced in my opinion but maybe someone may have some insight on why.

The prices are comparable to new home builders in Keller, Trophy Club and Roanoke. I didn't care for Highland Homes, the houses weren't impressive for he price. Drees was overpriced, but the homes are much nicer. I liked the Toll Brothers model, and thought their homes were priced fairly when compared to the other two. There is another huge part of Canyon Falls that feeds in to Northwest ISD. We didn't look in the models, but drove through that part of the neighborhood.

I would love to hear someone else's opinion of this area.
