Default Ft Worth realtor?

Can anyone recommend a good realtor in Ft Worth? Looking to move to the N. Richland Hills area. I would prefer one that works more for buyers than sellers.

NRH is a nice area of Fort Worth. Where will you be commuting to? May be I can recommend other areas as well.

I just moved to Texas 6 months ago and used a realtor that gave a rebate.

I used a realtor that gave me a 1% rebate of the sales price of my new home.

I got the 1% about 10 days after close.

If you are like me and using the internet to find homes and don't need a lot of handholding try one of the realtors that give rebates.

I know of at least two firms that give rebates, one gives 1% and the other gives 20% of the 3% normally given to agents by the seller.

No brainer I used the 1% guys saved over 2,000.

good luck....
