Question Help Finding a Community

We are looking for a community that is within a 20 minute drive from most of Fort Worth (for work), probably in the North or Western areas. We would like to find a fairly new community that has trees, biking trails, a community pool, and just that small town community feel to it. We are also hoping to spend under $200k for a 2-story, 4 bedroom home. Anybody out there live in a place like this? We will only have a couple months to buy a house to move into, so having one built for us is not a good option. But maybe there are some established communities like this out there already, or some that are almost completed?

Thank you for your help!!

You will be very impressed with Home Town in North Richland Hills Hometown North Richland Hills HOA - Welcome to the HomeTownNRH HOA Community Web Site
I think the houses there start in the low 200's, though.
