I've noticed recently the country areas of Southwest Denton county are disappearing as Canyon Falls and Harvest in Northlake are being develop the area around the speedway is getting an outlet mall and that borders Northlake. Is Southwest Denton County going to one day be similar to Southeast Denton County suburbs like Lewisville, Flower Mound and The Colony or Southwest Collin County suburbs like Plano, Frisco McKinney and Allen or what? That would be sad if this was the case but what's your opinion on this for the ones that live in Northlake, Argyle, Justin or Ponder I know Roanoke and Trophy Club is already suburbia do you see your quiet town turning similar to the massive suburbs I've just listed.

Yes....some of the fastest growing areas of the country.
Cheap land, great access to roads, rail, air, power.
Water is perhaps the biggest ?
I expect these small town like Ponder and Justin to become bigger towns.
Might take 10-20 years, but they could soon be McKinney, Cross Roads, Little Elm, Prosper, Celina, Anna.

YES - without a doubt!

The BILLION plus $$ spent widening IH35E over Lake Lewisville (NEARLY completed), PLUS FM2499 extended to I35E @ MAYHILL have already started a 'californina-gold-rush' style expansion to ALL of Denton countly, PARTICULARLY the west 'underdeveloped' side. Recently sold my own home (w/2acres) for $100K more than I would have ever expected!

Activity even in Krum and Sanger has greatly 'heated up' ; and it's only going to increase .....

Where else can you get a home and acre+ for under a $Million ??
