Thumbs up Toll Brothers Incredible Luxury

We have owned a Toll Brothers home in the Bluffs at Heritage for about a year. As a homeowner with a discriminating eye for quality, we have found great satisfaction in the quality and luxury of our Toll Brothers home! Our neighbors are wonderful, and Heritage has so much to offer for family activities in the summer.

If anyone is considering moving to the area, they should consider the Bluffs at Heritage. Toll Brothers builds the most luxurious home in this area, but all the homebuilders seem to offer a good variety, and a great quality of life!

Interesting how different people perceive home value and quality. We looked at Toll Brothers a few years ago before we bought our home (non-Toll). The banisters and trim looked like they were made of plastic on an assembly line. Overall, it's a decent house... but Toll Brothers homes are nothing more than larger-scale tract homes. They have 6 different floor plans and you pick your elevation (front look to the home). Much the same way Fox & Jacobs did it years ago - just on a bigger scale.

Don't confuse a Toll Brothers home with a custom home. It's not. But it's still a decent house.

Toll Brother's make nice houses - but I feel they are way over priced for what they are. In this area (North East Tarrant County), I believe there are many smaller/local builders that offer better quality and more customized homes. We looked at Toll Bros decided on another builder.

Also - ~$600K houses in the Bluffs ??? Whoever is building/buying these must not be from around here ... what I mean is spending ~$600K for a home there does not seem like a very well thought out decision.
