Super Target near Haslet (Saginaw, Presidio: 2010, construction, shopping center)

This is for the Haslet/Saginaw area (76179, 76052). I was talking to a friend of mine who mentioned she saw a sign for a Super Target coming soon. She thought it was somewhere near Harmon Rd but since she isn't familiar with the area she wasn't for sure. I tried driving around to find the sign but had no luck. Does anyone know where this Target is coming and when it is supposed to be finished?

i too saw the sign. it is around the north tarrank pkwy exit. go west and before you reach 287 there is a huge field (i can't remember if it is to the left or right) but the sign is there and it is not so big.

So is it off of 35W??


There are also some big retail projects going in at 287/718 exit on sides planned for a year or so.

It's probably the Presidio Vista project that has been talked about for a few years. North Tarrant Pkwy is supposed to cross over 287 near Harmon and they're going to come together closely. But I don't have the latest on Presidio Vista and its status. I'll look it up and if I see anything new, I'll let you know.

I drove by Hwy 287 today and saw the Target sign on the Southwest corner of Hwy 287 and Harmon Rd. It looks like the shopping center will encompass the entire section between Hwy 287 and E. Harmon Rd. The target bullseye on the sign is very small but can be seen on the right when headed south on Harmon road from Hwy 287 just after the 4 way stop.

I am one of those who have been longing for having a Target super center there!!

Drive 287 and take exit of Harmon Rd, Make a turn toward Blue mound,
soon you will see a big sign saying "Target coming soon".

It is right by the community of Ridgeview farms and it also is located across Chisholm Ridge community.
When they first put out the sign, it also said open 2010, but I don't see it anymore, but the target sign is still there.
I drive by the lot almost everyday, but so far I don't see any evidence of construction.
