My husband and I currently live in Fort Worth (Sunset Height neighborhood) with an almost 1-year old kid.

We are considering moving to a bigger house around 1800 sqf but no larger than 2500 sqf, and the house needs to have at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and do not need a large yard.

My husband recently got an job offer in Irving area, but may not need to go into the office every day, so being close to Irving is not a must, but hopefully, not a more-than-1-hour drive from Irving.

We would like to have our kid go to Catholic School starting Pre-K, so hopefully in a neighborhood that is close to a Catholic School.

Our budget is $250k - $350K (but definitely prefer to stay at $250K range).

We are leaning toward new construction, if possible, but are open to remodeled houses too.

Are there any good suggestions / thoughts for areas to move based on our situation?

Thanks!
